Photographic exposures on light-sensitive metallic and aluminium paper, UV prints on acrylic glass and on whiteboard, LED lightboxes in custom casings, collages assembled from printed parts, and heat-sensitive receipt paper mounted on canvas.
The image is made on screen and transferred to a support by light exposure, print head, or cutting and assembly, rather than applied by hand. I choose the substrate for what it already is: what a material is normally used for stays legible once the image sits on it.
